Insurance Direct Billing Information
Most medical plans include coverage for chiropractic and massage therapy. In some cases a medical referral is needed for massage therapy. Our office now direct bills most major insurance companies. Please contact your insurance provider in regards to your individual plan and coverage, and provide insurance card at time of appointment.
